SPECIAL NOTICES - PICTURE DAY

The Annette Picture Day Picnic has yet to be scheduled for the 2008 Season, but it will be held on a Saturday in June. We have left the 07 Season Picture Day Schedule for you to peruse in the meantime. Please plan on spending the day with us at Ravina Park.

2007 Picture Day – Quick Overview of Events

8:00 am	Field Set up Begins
8:30 am	Coffee/Donut Station Opens
	Ticket Station/Silent Auction Opens
9:00 am	Games and Picture Taking Begins (See Separate Schedule for team game times and picture taking – Coaches will shepherd their players through the game and picture taking process)
9:00 am	T Shirt/Caps Sales, Player Rewards, and Blue Jay Ticket Sales Station Opens Tickets for the raffle, for the batting gonzo and for the purchase of food and beverages will be sold (Players in uniforms eat for free).
10:00 am	Barbeque Begins
10:15am	Food and Beverage Station Opens
12:00 noon	Batting Station Gonzo Opens
1:00 pm	Raffle Draw/Silent Auction Closes
3:00 pm	Coaches versus the Bantam Team
